Nucleus Holding II
Created with a purpose to develop products and services that enable financial intermediaries to better serve their clients
Nucleus Holding II SC Sp (NH II) was founded in Luxembourg on 25th of February 2020 by Mr. Alvar Virkus, Nucleus (Holdings) SCA, and Nucleus Management Sàrl (as General Partner).
Nucleus Management Sàrl (NM) was incorporated in Luxembourg on 29th of July 1997 under registration no: 60101 by Vincent J.Derudder.
NM was founded in the form of a SOPARFI (investment company).
Nucleus (Holdings) SCA was founded in 2006 by Mr. Vincent J. Derudder and Mr. Kevin Mudd under the name of Nucleus Euro-Alliance SCA.
The venture was incorporated as a financial service network with the objective to create and/or to acquire an investment fund platform and a life office to assist financial intermediaries in their dealings with clients.
It quickly built a network up to 2,300 agents (8 firms) operating in seven EU Member States with AuM totalling more than €1,700M placing up to €600M in new business per year till it concentrates on the acquisition of financial service vehicles.
The aim of NH II today is to develop the products and services that enable financial intermediaries to better serve the needs of their clients and help clients improve their long-term financial security.
NH II supports the belief that there is a strong opportunity to develop a profitable and sustainable business by focusing on niche offerings around the needs of affluent to ultra-high net worth clients that rely on intermediaries and are poorly served by the largest providers.
NH II furthermore believes that assembling several such companies into one group provides strong advantages, such as better access to markets and for financial resources, shared administrative/administration services and the possibility to better serve financial intermediaries with a wider offering.
